This American made game developer was formally known as JAMDAT Mobile Inc. before it was aquired by Electronic Arts (EA), the leader in video game technology, in 2005.
In addition to its core business of creating games for mobile phones, EA Mobile has also put together rington applications and games for other mobile devices such as PDAs. They have also branched out into personal computers.
EA Mobile's range of games is large - everything from puzzle games to fighting games to sports titles appear in their list. JAMDAT Bowling and JAMDAT Bowling 2 have made big names for themselves in the industry as well as the puzzle game Bejeweled and Worms World Party as well as the ever popular mobile game Tetris.
Their strong ties with major wireless services in North America, Europe and Asia makes them a global leader in the field.
